An History Chapel
This rustic chapel, built from hand hewn Arkansas stone, has been the location for many couples to begin their lives together. It is on the Registry of Historic Places and comes with an authentic charm that newer facilities just cannot replicate. Each pew was carved from trees the originators felled themselves.
Feel the warmth and history as you stroll the wooded grounds and walk through the graceful arched front door.
Stained glass, custom made in honor of community members, brings forth the good wishes of those who have walked this aisle before you.
Musical Events
The acoustics and intimacy of Son’s Chapel make it a desired location for musical events and recitals.
You are welcome to rent Son’s Chapel for your group’s next performance.
And, our lovely piano is kept in tune and may be used with your rental.
Since the first wedding in 1948, Son’s Chapel has been a place for celebration.
In 2003 the Chapel was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as a structure of historical significance.
Son’s Chapel Rural Builders Association is a non-profit 501(c)3. Your donations and contributions are tax deductible.
With seating for up to 150, Son’s Chapel offers a beautiful and peaceful setting for your special occasion.
